“Before we moved into our new space we took the building down to the beams and completely rebuilt it. One of the projects that we added to the reconstruction was an outdoor patio. We were really excited about having a great space that our employees could use to relax and where we could entertain clients.
Due to some coloring issues with the concrete poured for the patio we had to put a coating over it so that the color was uniform. Unfortunately, after the winter we noticed that the ice melt had eaten holes through the sealer and had started to damage the concrete. It didn’t look good and we were going to have to reseal the patio every year.
Every aspect of the patio was built with the intention of having little to no maintenance and the patio surface was going to be a headache every year. We found Dynamic Protective Coatings who had a long term solution that would stand up to the constant exposure of the outdoors. They came in and removed the old sealer and applied a new protective coating that will last for years. It looks fantastic. Now we don’t have to worry about the patio and we can just enjoy it.”
